STR Metering LTD will only keep the personal data needed, we will hold it securely and keep it up to date. When it is no longer required we will dispose of it securely. We will only share data with organisations that have the right to access it or where specific permission has been given to do so.

Employees have access to personal information to do their work, this may include passwords for vulnerable customers or access to personnel records, this information is kept securely and not shared. Advice is available from the management team, awareness briefings have been held to raise the understanding of the requirements

- The collection of this information will benefit us by: improving the management of workforce data across the business, enabling development of a comprehensive picture of the workforce and how it is deployed, informing the development of recruitment and retention policies, allowing better financial modelling and planning, ensuring compliance with our policies and procedures and our legal obligations, enabling monitoring of selected protected characteristics.
